1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options. Please note that the total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping transit time.

Please Note: The shipping options listed above are our standard offerings. Our full range of international shipping rates for different zones (including Standard and Express options) is detailed on our original shipping page and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We partner with trusted delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS to ensure your order reaches you securely.

4. Damaged Items in Transit

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@glamche.com.
Please provide your order number and include a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work with you towards a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
