Our Procedure

A confirmation email is sent out to our customers once the order is placed. We keep our order process simple. If you do not receive an email please contact customer support within 24 hours of placing order so we can process it on time.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for order more than $139.00 to UK, USA, and Canada. Please note that certain deliveries required additional payments i.e, Custom charges. These charges will be born by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation request are subject to following terms.

• A $10.00 process fee is applied to all cancellations initiated by the customer.
• Cancelation made within 3 days of order placement will incur a 20% deduction from the total payment.
• For canceling within 7 days will result in 30% deduction from the total payment.
• No cancellation will be accepted after 7 days from the order placement.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery order.
• No request will be entertained after surpassing the given timeframe.
• It might take 10-15 days for items to be shipped.

• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and assessed.
• Refund processing may take 15-20 business days to complete.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A restocking fee will be deducted for returned items.
• Items that are damaged by the customer or show signs of use will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
