Refund Policy – Glamche

At Glamche, we aim to make the refund process as smooth and convenient as possible. Please review the following guidelines before submitting a refund request:

• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.
• Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Refund processing may take between 15 to 45 days, depending on the case and payment method.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• The full billed amount, including applicable taxes, will be credited back to your account (excluding shipping fees).
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage.
• In cases of incorrect size or color, products may be returned and exchanged for an item of equal value. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Note: Products that are damaged after delivery or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
