Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy details the process for returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items on sale or gift cards are non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: To start a return, please email our customer care team at sales@glamche.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, upon approval, provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Do not send items back without first receiving authorization.
Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
The most efficient way to handle an exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
